Throughout 2008 this site was used to provide information about AIMEXEC Consulting. This was accomplished primarily by providing static information along with various web-based courses. Unfortunately, this did not do enough to promote the benefits of Information Management for AEC businesses. So, as of 2009, AIMEXEC Consulting will do more to get this message out to a worldwide audience.

True, there are tremendous challenges facing AEC businesses in the current economic climate. For the time being we cannot predict when the world economy will improve, and, as the economic landscape changes, we begin to appreciate that, when business does improve, it will be very different to everything we have been accustomed to. Simply stated, we will not revert back to ‘more of the same’; all businesses will need to adapt and transform. Now, more than ever, survival and growth depends on being resilient; how easily business can be changed, the benefits passed on to the client, and strictly managing costs.

This presents an ideal opportunity to restructure AEC business practices. The market has shrunk, hence the need to work harder to attract and keep business. As with any business undertaking, fitness means good customer relations and benefits.

The aim of this site is to provide a platform for sharing information about transforming AEC business practices. There is no “one size fits all” solution, so, you will be presented with a model which takes into account all the features and criteria needed to invent a practical solution.
